If you take a look at the Repossessed Property Sales web site you'll get an idea of how the properties are listed. In particular, how we limit the information about location.

This avoids the possibility of people just turning up at development sites or properties without reference to you. And just as important, it avoids any possible embarrassment for the person having the property repossessed.

Confidentiality is important to us. We do not disclose the identity of the lenders who list properties with us to anyone. When a potential buyer wishes to pursue an interest we pass on their contact details to you. Only when you contact them will they know which company they are dealing with.
